Refund Policy

1. Our Refund Commitment

The full report is a one-time $9.99 CAD purchase (or the promotional price shown at checkout, when one is offered). Ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. This applies even if you have already opened or used your report.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe. Once the refund is initiated on our side, you will typically see it back on your card or payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, contact us with your order ID and we will help track it down.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@benefitcheck.ca with:

• The email address you used at checkout.
• Your order ID, Stripe receipt number, or Checkout Session ID.

No reason is required. We will confirm your request within 2 business days and issue the refund within 5 business days.

4. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or any other applicable consumer-protection legislation. This policy is in addition to — not in place of — those statutory rights.
